The Summit

Under the direction of BYU Student Alumni, The Summit is a two-day leadership conference held on BYU Campus. The main event consists of an evening in typical "corporate" style. Engaging speakers, musical entertainment and all the lights and sounds to send it home!
As the producer for the event, I called cues for every element of the show; when people entered on-stage, when music played, when lights changed, and when videos rolled.
I also had the responsibility to design and build the backdrop used in the event. With the help of Millett Woodworks, we constructed the 20'x10' three-dimensional backdrop that aimed to catch light in different ways and referenced the "Summit" theme.
